The Ganesh Himal is named after the elephant-headed God of Good Fortune. The Ganesh Range Peaks (Ganesh I, Ganesh II, Ganesh III, Ganesh IV) stand out like crystal, which is the "Great Himalayan Chain" forming the skyline.
